About Dr. Andrew Biggs, C.D.
– Dr. BiggsWe challenge you to take the first step and schedule a time to speak with our doctors. It will likely be unlike any doctor visit you have experienced in the past, and it may be the point at which your life will be changed forever.
Dr. Andrew Biggs gained interest in the Chiropractic profession in an unlikely way. As a child he suffered from chronic colds and sinus infections which had been treated for years with the medications and antibiotics recommended to him by doctors. Despite following doctor’s orders, the colds and infections returned with great frequency. It wasn’t until the first time he was adjusted by a chiropractor that the cause of these symptoms was truly addressed. It had never dawned on him that the nerves in control of his sinuses had been in a state of irritation for many years. Within hours, his sinuses began to drain and the colds and infections that he had accepted as part of his life were now a thing of the past.
It was at this time that Dr. Biggs knew he would become a chiropractor and would use knowledge of the human body to help others locate and address the cause of their problems instead of chasing symptoms with medications and surgery. Dr. Biggs enrolled in the pre-medical program and received his Bachelor’s degree from Miami University. He continued on to graduate cum laude from Logan College of Chiropractic.
Since graduating, Dr. Biggs has been serving Wellington and Palm Beach County, guiding people toward true health. He has a passion for studying and leading others in all aspects of healthy living; including diet, nutrition, and fitness. He and his wife Katy, along with their children Caleb and Moriah, are active in the community and enjoy the outdoors. Dr. Biggs makes it a priority to provide workshops and healthy living talks at various community locations with the purpose of making this area a healthier and vibrant place to live.
Our mission is to educate and lead as many people as possible toward optimal health through chiropractic care and healthy living principles.
While this mission appears simple at a glance, it is the application of this mission that is where the challenge begins. The lifestyle principles that we live by seem obvious to many but fly in the face of the standard American lifestyle as a whole. Breaking free of the bondage of these deadly habits is both difficult and immensely rewarding.
We challenge you to take the first step and schedule a time to speak with our doctors. It will likely be unlike any doctor visit you have experienced in the past, and it may be the point at which your life will be changed forever.
Some people choose to continue with chiropractic care as a lifestyle choice much in the way that they continue to exercise, eat healthy, and brush their teeth. They know that the health of their body as a whole is tied to the health of their spine and nervous system and choose to maintain it.
Many conditions result from a poorly functioning nervous system. If this is the cause of your problem, then only chiropractic can address the root cause and allow your body to heal is it should. Below are some conditions that have been traced back to subluxations.
Stay Chiropractic Healthy
Chiropractic enables the weight bearing abilities of the spine and skeletal structure to be optimized. This is critical whether you are lifting a bag of groceries, a toddler, or a heavy barbell.
Praesent dolor quam, tincidunt in sollicitudin sit amet, volutpat sed velit. Nullam non neque ipsum.
Having your spine in a balanced and neutral position allows your body to hold itself upright with greater ease and with less resistance against gravity. This enables your muscular system to be more relaxed throughout the day. Coupled with more complete, fluid movement and efficient weight bearing, your body as a whole will enjoy a new level of efficiency.
By removing interfering factors in the nervous system, it is able to heal your body more efficiently and effectively from a cellular level.
Your body is constantly adapting to internal and external environmental factors. Your nervous system controls this adaptation. By improving nervous system function, adaptability also improves which keeps your body in a healthier state no matter what it encounters.
